Almond cake
Instructions
Put cream and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil, add a pinch of salt and pour in the rice.
Cook until all the liquid will be absorbed and make it cool.
Add the almonds, sugar, 1 packet of vanillin and 2 egg whites.
Mix well and then join the other 2 egg whites firm.
Anoint with oil a mold and pour in the mixture.
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

- 50 g of semi-fine rice
- 20 cl of cream
- 5 cl of milk
- 200 g of sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 150 g of almonds
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- Olive oil
- Salt
