Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler, combine the milk and mix until a smooth cream.
Remove from heat, stir in the cream, sugar, flour, almonds, egg yolks and the clear mounted to snow.
Pour the mixture in the oven for about 35 minutes.
serve cold.
