Toast the hazelnuts in the oven for 2 minutes and passed with the tritamandorle; crumble cookies.
Prepare 1 cream whipping the sugar with the egg yolks and butter.
Add the cocoa and mix this cream biscuits and nuts.
Put in mold and possibly 1 square.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
Serve it cut into diamonds.
