Sweet temptations
Instructions
Place in a casserole 100 g butter, brown sugar, chopped dark chocolate and molasses and let them dissolve sweet heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Sift the flour into a bowl and mix in the beaten eggs and chocolate mixture.
Melt in a bowl the baking soda with warm milk, embed the dough, then knock it until it is smooth and homogeneous.
With the rest of the butter grease two 20 cm round pans, foderatele with a sheet of wax paper and pour the mixture prepared in equal amounts.
Passed in already warm oven (180 degrees) for about half an hour.
After this time, baked cakes, levatele from the moulds and let cool completely on a rack.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: place the sugar and water in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat to moderate heat, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
At this point add the cream of tartar and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes without stirring.
In a bowl Beat egg whites very firm two egg whites, using a whisk.
Slowly pour the syrup prepared in clear, stirring constantly until the mixture has thickened.
Formed on one of the cakes a thin layer of icing made and put the second cake.
Place the cake on a serving dish, then rivestitelo with the rest of the icing.
To do this put the icing in the center of the cake and quickly spalmatela to the edges with a metal spatula slightly moistened, trying to form irregular waves.
Let the cake rest for a few hours, so that the glaze can stiffen, then serve.

- 130 g of butter
- 100 G = = Cane
- 100 g of molasses
- 150 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 15 cl of milk
- For the frosting:
- 450 g of granulated sugar
- 150 cl of water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch of cream of tartar
