Amaretto hazelnut cake
Instructions
Reduce to dust the hazelnuts in a blender.
Fit 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white with 50 g of sugar, 1 pinch of salt.
Add the hazelnuts and amaretti crumbs.
Aside from mix 175 g flour, remaining sugar, 1/2 sachet of yeast and the zest of lemon.
Make the fountain and ask in the Middle 75 g margarine, 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk, then knead.
Rivestare with the pastry margarine greased mould and pour in the mixture of amaretto.
Cover it with a dough made of scraps being United to the paste below.
Bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes, then allow to cool in the mould and serve.

- 200 G = = 00 white flour
- 100 g of shelled hazelnut
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 90 g of margarine
- 80 g of granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Powdered yeast
