Coffee cake with mascarpone
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with almost all the sugar and add the mascarpone mix.
Add in half of the mixture 1 cup of coffee and a little sugar, the other half brandy.
In both parts crumble the macaroons.
Line a mold with ladyfingers soaked in sweetened coffee.
Fill with 2 cream and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

- 150 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 300 g of mascarpone
- 150 g of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup of strong coffee
- 1 dram of brandy
