Fruit meringue dessert
Instructions
Cook the peeled fruit with sugar, wine, cloves, vanilla and some cinnamon until will result in syrup.
Place it in a baking dish and cover with a meringue is made by whipping the egg whites until stiff with the icing sugar.
Put in the oven at 100 degrees until the meringue is firmer.
Serve cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1500 g of seasonal fruits
- 200 g of sugar
- 240 g of icing sugar
- 6 egg whites
- 2 glasses of white wine
- 2 cloves
- Cinnamon
- 1 sachet of vanilla
