Instructions
With a knob of butter to grease a pan.
In a bowl mix the flour with 100 g of sugar, egg, milk and baking powder.
The dough should be somewhat soft and dense.
Pour in the Pan and sprinkle over apples, peeled and cut into thin slices.
Dissolve fresh focus the butter and spread over apples.
Then sprinkle with the remaining sugar and finally sprinkle with two or three tablespoons of lemon juice.
Bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees for about half an hour or so.
Serve this warm cake with yoghurt cool in sauce pan.

- 4 green apples
- 150 g of flour
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
- 40 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 jars of whole yoghurt
