Apple and almond cake
Instructions
Butter and sprinkle almonds a mold of 18 cm of diameter.
Peel and slice apples and toss in a pan with the butter, sugar and a little cinnamon.
Arrange apples in pan.
Mix the eggs with the flour, cream and the brandy and pour the mixture over the apples.
Put in hot oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Turn out and serve powdered cinnamon and powdered sugar.

- 800 g of apples renette
- 100 g almond of plate
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 80 g of flour
- 5 cl of brandy
- 5 cl of cream
- Cinnamon powder
- Icing sugar
