Easter cake
Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and 2 tablespoons flour stemperarvi.
Prepare the dough with baking powder, flour, eggs, sugar, zest, butter and a pinch of cinnamon.
Work until it is smooth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Place it in a buttered and high rise for 2 hours.
Bake at 180 degrees until it is golden brown and fluffy.
Decorate it with sugar and candies to fillets.
