Plum cake
Instructions
Rattle off the plums and ammollarle in water for 30 minutes.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and the melted butter.
Combine the flour, grated lemon rind and plums drain and cut into pieces.
Mix then add 2 tablespoons brandy, 2 of orange flower water and milk.
Stir the mixture and place it in a pan greased with butter.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Let it cool before you cut into squares.
