Cheese cake (4) (Dolce di Ricotta (4))
Instructions
Ricotta cheese mix all ingredients, except pasta.
Roll out the dough into a baking pie, keeping aside a little for garnish.
Put the dough in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
Get it out of the oven, let cool and fill them with the mixture of ricotta.
Level and cover it with thin strips of pastry brush with a little egg yolk.
Bake 180 degrees again until the surface is golden.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 600 g of short pastry
- 1000 g of sheep's ricotta
- 240 g of sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 sachets of vanilla
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 dram of cognac
