Sweet gooseberries
Instructions
Clean the coffee beans and gooseberries wash them in white wine.
Put them in a saucepan with sugar and honey and cook gently for 30 minutes.
Soak the ladyfingers with the rum.
Sifting through the gooseberries and crush the biscuits soaked in liquor.
Season the mixture with a little ground cinnamon.
Mix in the cream and divide the cake into 4 tall glasses.
Keep in refrigerator 3 hours before serving.

- 500 g of gooseberry
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 3 tablespoons of rum
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 cup of thick cream
- Little of cinnamon powder
- White wine
