Rustic antipasto
Instructions
Soaked with tomato juice bread after it is fragmented.
Add the tuna and chopped onion.
Seasoned with olive oil extra-virgin, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Stir, cover the surface with slices of bacon.
Let stand for at least 6 hours.

- 4 raffermi sandwiches
- 50 cl of tomato juice
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 100 g of lard cut into thin slices
- 1 onion
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
