Instructions
Pass the ricotta through a sieve, mix with the icing sugar, the grated chocolate and maraschino.
Take the pan of Spain and split it into 3 horizontal layers.
Put in 1 serving dish with sponge layer 1 Spain, sprinkle with coffee and cover with 1 layer of ricotta cream.
Proceed the same way with the other layers.
Finally, cover everything with ricotta cream and garnish with whipped cream or chocolate.

- 750 g of ricotta
- 300 g of icing sugar
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 1 pan of spain
- 1 dram of maraschino
- Coffee
