Speedy appetizer
Instructions
Cut in half diagonally across the slices of bread.
Chop or puree, tuna with anchovies and capers.
Put the cream in a large bowl, combine the mascarpone, a splash of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Mix gently with a wooden spoon, then spread the mixture on half-slices of bread, which you have previously done toasting in the oven or toaster.
before serving garnish as desired (with capers, stuffed olive washers, and strips of red pepper).

- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 6 slices of bread
- 4 anchovies in olive oil
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 12 capers
- Lemon juice
- Salt
