Carrot cupcakes
Instructions
Wash and finely grate the carrots.
Mix the eggs with sugar, 50 g of melted butter, milk and the flour sifted with baking powder, a pinch of salt and carrots.
Mix well and pour the mixture into small buttered moulds.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Unmold the cakes and sprinkle them with cinnamon.

- 250 g of carrots
- 350 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 60 g of butter
- 1 sachet of vanilla baking powder
- Cinnamon powder
- 10 cl of milk
- Salt
