Instructions
It is a typical dish of Greece.
FRY in a little oil, add chopped onion 1 cup of boiled rice, two tablespoons of pine nuts, salt and pepper.
Pour spoon this filling on 12 grape leaves scalded in boiling water and recap the leaves to get spring rolls that will be placed in a baking dish.
Cover them halfway through meat or vegetable broth and Cook, coperchiati, over low heat for about half an hour.
Chill, irrorarli of lemon juice and serve.

- Little of olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup of boiled rice
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts

- 12 vine leaves
- Meat stock (or vegetable stock)
- Lemon juice
