Soft drinks as these disappearing and scarcely you can still trace their recipes.
Yet they are ideal for fighting fatigue after a day's work and to refuel.
Wash the herbs and reduce them in mashed in electric mixer.
Add the lemon juice and orange juice and milk.
Season with salt and pepper.
You like sweetened with a little honey and mix everything well.
Pour into tall glasses and serve the smoothie sprinkled with chopped parsley and garnished with a sprig.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 bunch of pimpinella
- 4 teaspoons of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 25 cl of cold milk
- Salt
- White pepper
- 1 toe of honey
- For garnishing:
- 1 sprig of parsley
