Mint elixir
Instructions
Put the Mint, basil, lemon leaves, a pinch of Chamomile flowers and a hint of anise seeds, along with alcohol, in a glass jar hermetically and allow to infuse for 8 days, shaking the Pan occasionally.
Prepare a syrup by dissolving sugar in water 300 g, and let it cool down completely.
Pass the infusion through a strainer and add in syrup; Refilter and bottling.
Consume the elixir after 8 months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of sugar
- 250 g of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 300 g of water
- 30 g of fresh mint
- 2 leaves basil
- Leaves 2 of lemon
- 1 pinch of chamomile flowers
- 1 pinch of anise seeds
