Store all components of the recipe in an airtight vessel able to contain them, having the warning to introduce half a lemon into small wedges, but do not remove the Peel.
Let macerate for about two weeks, until you get a milky looking macerate at that point filtrerete.
During the filtering operation do not move the nozzle to separate the part of caseous macerated.
Also it must be eaten fresh and bottled.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 500 g of milk
- 400 g of powdered sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 stick of vanilla
