Beans soup
Instructions
Boil the beans for approximately 60 minutes and salt halfway through the cooking.
Saute the pancetta, onion, garlic, minced, into the oil.
Combine the cabbage and cut into cubes, salt and pepper.
Halfway through the cooking, add the tomatoes and bring to boiling.
Add the cabbage to the beans and leave on the fire for a few minutes.
Pour the soup over the toast and serve with Parmesan cheese.

- 400 g of frozen beans
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of bacon
- 1 onion
- 1 cauliflower
- Olive oil
- 100 g of tomato sauce
- Parmigiano
- Sliced bread
- Salt
- Pepper
