Beans with tomato sauce
Instructions
Wash the beans and let them soak in cold water for one night.
Then put them in a saucepan with cold salted water and boil them.
Put the butter in a pan and the mushrooms, cut into strips, add the wine, salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring well.
Add the drained beans and let stand for a few minutes, pouring over the tomato sauce.

- 1 tablespoon of mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 1 glass of tomato sauce
