Instructions
Boil the beans, then drain them and put them in a pan where you did Brown in abundant oil the cloves of garlic that then shall clear away.
Make relish beans and add the tomato paste diluted in a cup of water.
Add the Sage leaves, salt and pepper and simmer slowly until the beans are in a sauce not too runny and well cooked.
It will take at least a half hour of cooking.
