Spring beans
Instructions
Boil the beans with onions and celery, drain them and place them in a legumiera.
Put in Blender basil, garlic, parmesan and 1 tablespoon oil and blend for a few seconds.
Add more oil, 2 tablespoons of the cooking broth and beans 1 tablespoon beans and blend again until you get a homogeneous sauce.
Season with salt and pepper and pour it over the beans, stirring well before serving.

- 450 g of fresh shelled beans
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Celery
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
