Green beans with capers
Instructions
Delete the 2 ends of the green beans and rinse.
Bring to a boil 200 cl water and add salt with 40 g of salt.
Bring the beans to cook.
Drain and place in a salad bowl.
Toss with capers, chopped basil, salt and oil.
Stir and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of tender green beans
- 2 tablespoons of pickled capers
- 8 leaves basil
- Little of olive oil
- 40 g of coarse salt
- Little of salt
