Fagiolini al burro
Instructions
Boil the beans in salted water.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the beans, add salt, pepper and add the parsley.
Mix well and let flavour for a few minutes.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice, mix again and serve hot.

- 450 g of green beans
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of fine chopped parsley
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
