Green beans in tomato sauce (2)
Instructions
Boil the beans for 10 minutes.
Clean the onions, chop finely and leave to dry in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil and the garlic.
Add the green beans, mix.
Chop the tomatoes peeled and deprived of seeds, add them to the beans, add salt and pepper.
Remove garlic and cook at low heat for 10 minutes, then add the pitted olives, cut into four and some chopped basil leaves.
Stir, simmer 5 more minutes and serve warm.

- 600 g of green beans
- 6 green olives
- 5 red tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Some leaves of basil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
