Instructions

A preparation to do in individual pans.

In each put two tablespoons of oil and season two anchovy fillets chopped.

Then sgusciatevi over eggs and using a wooden spatula stir the egg whites because they curdle while being prepared taking care not to break the yolks.

Do not add salt.
