Green beans with mozzarella
Instructions
Peel the beans and heat quickly in salted water.
Slice the onion and bring to a boil in a glass of milk.
Let simmer a few minutes, add the vegetables and bring to cooking by adding every now and then a soup made with vegetable extract.
The vegetables should cook well; When cooked, add the diced mozzarella cheese, some Basil leaf scissors and a little grated lemon rind.
