Green Beans with Bacon (Fagiolini con Pancetta)
Instructions
Boil the green beans.
Clean onions, cut into slices and boil for 15-20 minutes.
Coarsely chop Bacon and Brown it in a skillet with a little oil, add the onion and let it stand for a few minutes.
Pour the beans into a serving dish, pour over the onions and Bacon and seasoned with salt, oil and vinegar.
Leave 15 minutes season and serve.

- 3 onions
- 200 g of bacon
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
