Green beans and bacon
Instructions
Clean, wash and boil the beans.
Peel the onions, cut them into rings and Blanch in boiling water.
Chop the bacon and Brown it with oil and the onion.
Let stand for a few minutes then add the green beans and cook another few minutes stirring often.

- 200 g of green beans
- 3 onions
- 200 g of bacon
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
