White beans
Instructions
Boil the beans by dipping them in boiling water with salt and drain rightly a bit al dente.
Melt the butter, then add the beans slightly floured, mix, season with a pinch of salt, cover with milk and let simmer until the latter is completely consumed.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, stir and let it shrink the sauce.
Serve lukewarm.
