Yellow beans
Instructions
Bake for 25 minutes, drain the beans and let them cool.
Mashing the yolks firm, dilute them with the juice of 1/2 lemon, combine the olive oil, stirring, then chopped parsley and Chervil, salt and pepper.
Season the beans with this sauce.
