Dumplings with speck, fontina cheese and corn
Instructions
After defrosted puff pastry roll, pull it up to 2-3 mm thick; then extract the disks of about 15 cm in diameter.
Cut into very fine scales the fontina cheese, mince the bacon and drain very well.
On half of each disc of puff pastry place the fontina cheese, speck and corn, close as a calzone dough disc and press on the edges, perhaps turning them until they themselves so they don't get out the filling.
Brush each parcel with the white snow mounted, put dumplings on baking sheet with parchment paper and let Cook for about 15 minutes at 150 degrees.
Take heed then some you regarding cooking.
Is great served warm with a nice salad.

- 1 roll of frozen puff pastry
- 100 g of tyrolese smoked very tasty
- 200 g of fontina cheese, spicy
- 1 pack of sweet corn
