Cheese Dumplings (Fagottini di Formaggio)
Instructions
Peel and cut up the sausage, Brown it in a little oil.
In a bowl place the diced ham, grated Emmenthal, pecorino cheese, béchamel sauce, egg, salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg and seasoned sausage.
Roll out the pastry thawed and cut into 4 squares of 10 x 10 cm.
put the filling in the Middle, collect the strips of dough and close forming parcels.
Place on a buttered oven and cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees until the dough is golden.
Arrange on a plate and serve
