Tomato and mozzarella parcels
Instructions
Wash and dry tomatoes.
Remove the stalk and with a sharp boxcutter widened the opening, then with a spoon to remove the seeds without breaking the tomato.
In a bowl put the mozzarella, Basil and parsley, all nicely chopped and seasoned with spilled oil.
Stir and fill with this stuffing tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper.
Roll out the pastry and cut into eight squares.
Wrap each tomato in a slice of bacon and place them in the center of each square of pastry.
Formed a bundle bringing together the four ends of the dough, sigillatele with the egg white and brush with beaten egg yolk.
Arrange dumplings in a baking dish just veiled of butter and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

- 8 round tomatoes
- 8 slices bacon
- 300 g of puff pastry
- 200 g of mozzarella
- 1 egg
- Basil
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
