Fried anchovies
Instructions
Empty the anchovies, wash them, dry them, keep them soaked in milk for half an hour.
Drain, put them in the flour and cook in hot oil.
Drain, salt them, put them in a serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges and Tufts of parsley.
Accompanying wines: Tocai friulano DOC Piave, Cinque Terre DOC, Trebbiano Di Romagna DOC.

- 700 g of anchovies
- Milk
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Salt
- For garnishing:
- Some cloves of lemon
- Some clumps of prezzemolo
