Instructions
A four-and-a-half litres of gin and half a liter of raspberry syrup, add a mixture obtained by soaking for two days, in pure alcohol, half a kilo of cut celery roots cool and thirty grams of fennel.
Add three grams of cinnamon oil, thirty grams of cumin oil and filter.
Serve in cups.
