Artichoke fantasy
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and cut them into slices about an inch high, put them in salted water with a slice of lemon, why not turn black.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, chopped parsley and Parmesan.
Coarsely chop the garlic and Brown in a little oil and bake for a few minutes on both sides the artichokes lightly floured.
Transfer it to a lightly greased baking dish, pour in the egg and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 4 eggs
