Farfalle with cheese
Instructions
Cut cheese into cubes, place them in a pan with 4 tablespoons of milk and let them melt to low fire.
Chop the hard-boiled egg.
Boil the farfalle in salted water, drain and coat with the cream cheese, chopped egg and grated Parmesan cheese, stir well and serve immediately.
