Farfalle with Cheese (Farfalle al Formaggio)
Instructions
Cut cheese into cubes, collect them in a small saucepan, add 3 tablespoons of milk and melt soft focus.
Stir until reduced to cream.
Season with a pinch of nutmeg and adjust the salt.
Boil, drain, put them in a serving dish, pour over the sauce, stir well and sprinkle grated Parmesan.
Serve immediately.

- 100 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 100 g of crescenza cheese
- 70 == G Parmesan cheese
