Instructions
In a small saucepan put peeled, butter, two tablespoons of olive oil, chopped onions, chopped basil, salt and cook for twenty minutes.
Blend everything together and then amalgatevi the mascarpone cheese stirring well.
Boil the farfalle in salted water, drain and dress with the sauce.
Finish with grated cheese.

- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- 30 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cipollina
- Basil
- 80 g of mascarpone
