Farfalle with salmon (2)
Instructions
Clean the spring onions, thickly and let them dry with oil.
Join then chopped salmon, parsley, washed and finely chopped, Bay leaves, salt and pepper.
Let flavour, low flame for 10 minutes.
At this point add the washed, peeled tomatoes, semi private and passed through a sieve and Blender: raise the flame so that the sauce can shrink a little.
Meanwhile, Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, put it in the bowl and dress with the sauce on the salmon.
Served hot.

- 500 g of type paste butterflies
