Fresh tuna butterflies
Instructions
In a skillet Sauté garlic in oil and after a minute, add the tuna and cook for a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes and cook over high heat for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile Cook the pasta and when it is al dente, drain and pour into the Pan where you cooked the tuna.
Turn right, add the chopped parsley, a fair amount of pepper and serve immediately.

- 500 g of type paste butterflies
- 400 g of fresh tuna, washed and diced
- 200 g of tomato pulp
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
