Instructions
Pass the tomatoes to the Blender collecting pulp in a small pot.
Please restrict your sauce for 5 minutes on a moderate flame without adding fat.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan fry the ham cut into strips in oil.
Add the tomato pulp and cream (the sauce should be pink); Add olives cut into pieces and some oregano.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Boil the farfalle al dente in salted water and season with freshly prepared sauce.
Serve immediately.
