Butterflies at nordica
Instructions
In a large frying pan, preferably non-stick, melt the butter and saute the onion thinly sliced thin.
Next, add the smoked salmon cut into small pieces and stir carefully.
Afterwards, add the vodka, cream and lumpfish eggs.
Continue cooking for about 7 minutes, blanched in salted water the butterflies.
Al dente drain and pour into the pan.
Mix vigorously all, sprinkle with a bit of pepper and stir.
Serve hot immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type paste butterflies
- 250 g of smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons of lumpfish eggs
- 50 g of butter
- 1/2 onion
- 20 cl of liquid cream
- 2 cups of vodka
- Salt
- Pepper
