FRY in 1 pan with butter and oil, 1 chopped shallot mixture, carrot and celery, then add the garlic, chilli, tomato puree and salt to taste.
After you restrict all, join the sausages cut lengthwise and fried in olive oil.
Drain the pasta, then pour into the pan of sauce and mix it.
Then sprinkle with pecorino cheese.
