Farfalle with artichokes
Instructions
Make a dough with the three flours, roll out the dough and cut small lasagne and form of butterflies.
Cook pasta in boiling water; Fry the artichokes with the onion and mix with pasta, salt, pepper and some thyme.

- 1 artichoke
- Thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil extra virgin
- For the dough:
- 1 egg
- 100 G = = wholemeal flour
- 100 g of durum wheat flour
- 100 g of white flour
- Salt
- 1/2 cup of white wine
