Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water brought to full boil.
Meanwhile, place butter in a pan and let it melt in a Bain-Marie.
Just ready retire it from heat and mix in the powdered saffron.
Drain, pour into a warm serving platter and distributed over saffron butter.
Sprinkle with the cheese, stir and serve immediately.
